WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To educate students on the ancient festival of Samhain while providing food and doing crafts.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes. People were very excited about the crafts and food available, and everyone was actively participating and learned more about Samhain.

There were 2-3 more people who came but did not fill out the form.

Time it so that more people are likely to be on campus, and reserve the venue more in advance.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I would try to submit the flyers to other university organizations for them to promote, and I would post more often on the Instagram story leading up to the event.
