The purpose of this event was the Winter GBM for general members and prospective members to come by and find out what our club will be doing this quarter if they are interested in participating.
Yes, because as usual Winter has a downturn of attendance compared to Fall however, with an attendance number of 191 attendees, it seems that although the number did go down a sizeable amount compared to Fall, this is still a really solid number with plenty of new prospective members who came and attended the event. Many of which joined our largest project for the quarter.
No, it seems accurate for the most part. If any amount differed it would be due to some people failing to fully fill out the A.S. or coming in late and missing the form. Although we set reminders, it is not surprising for a few stragglers to come in late and leave early without filling the form.
The transition from getting members from YogurtWorld to the venue of the event was a little messy and a bit late, thus the event itself started a bit later than we would've liked, however for the most part it was a minor mistake.
Make a few more orderly decisions and timelines for the officers to create a smoother event overall.
