WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to introduce our Project Forge event and showcase all the pitches that were sent in for this 6 week long project. Those in attendance will be able to listen and watch the people who pitched this idea provide a presentation about their game idea and what they want and need. Thus giving the audience themselves who are interested in this event to sign up and rank the top 4 pitch's they would like to join and work on for the project.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes because the attendance for a daunting event with such a long commitment period is a scary proposition that we were highly unsure of how many people would actually join. Seeing that 163 people came to watch the event which doesn't include those who couldn't make the event or those who weren't interested, it means that the number of applicants we would have is more than plentiful.

Possibly a better venue would be nice, but that is outside of our control when other clubs take up the better locations before we can.
