WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of our event was to bring together the art community with a fun social event, and to fundraise for our club for future art education related events.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We think this event was a huge success, and everything with amount of items and amount of attendees worked out well as we had anticipated.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not have access to the AS attendance responses, so we cannot say whether the recorded attendance matches what we estimated exactly.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would probably try to request more items to be funded in the future.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would likely do more larger advertising with physical flyers and the Price Center TVs and Marquee.
