IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The difference was, we believe, due to the variation in traffic at library walk depending on the day. We underestimated for 200 people because it was a Friday event and happening quite late. For next time, use past events happening at similar times for a better estimation
