IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We hit 95 RSVPs, but some people didn't show up. Next time, we'll close the RSVP form at ~20 over the cap, to account for students that might now show up.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to allow students to talk to health professionals (professors, researchers, doctors, etc.) over dinner and learn more about the profession and how to get there.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we had a pretty good turnout, and students were very intrigued by what the speakers had to share. We received positive feedback from both students and speakers and many lingered after our event ended to keep talking.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, we had probably double the amount of students. I think some of the board members on check-in were not briefed that they had to make sure students scan the attendance qr code, so a lot of students didn't fill it out.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Our food arrived late, so we couldn't begin checking in or letting students in at the time we expected.
