IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? A few officers forgot to fill out the attendance form and there were a few late attendees who came in when the check-in was more lax. There should be a few more people closer to 45 or so total.

This was a social event for members to come hang out, play games, and work on any personal projects.

Yes because the attendance was solid and the room was good.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Not nearly enough setup time for the QCC room because we needed to rearrange the whole room.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Add at least an additional hour to the setup time, the purchasing of additional screwdrivers should also make some tech setup much quicker.
