Iftar night

There was a slight difference in the estimated and Actual attendance numbers. There may have been a difference because there was another Iftar happening that same night at the same time from another organization, so some of our expected attendance members may have attended another iftar with a club that they are affiliated with. We can decrease the difference in attendance number by promoting more on social media and posting about the event sooner so more people are able to find time in their schedules.

The goal of the event was to bring students together in this time of Ramadan. An iftar is the time that you bread your fast from sunrise to sunset, this event was a meaningful time to bring friends together and also a social event for those whom do not practice in fasting. We had great conversations and a meaningful time with new friends and students.
Yes, this event was definitely a success! We also had students whom have never attended our club events before come and introduce themselves and met a lot of new people.
I'm not too sure since I don't see access to the AS attendance verification. As a board we did make sure to check that people submitted their applications before grabbing food and/ or before leaving. However, If there were some deviations there may have just been some students we missed to check if it was a bigger group coming in all at once.
No complications.
Everything was smooth and had a great event and items. The only thing I would improve would be to start promoting the event sooner on our end.
We would improve our advertisements and promotions by starting to post them more in advanced, and reaching out to other organizations whom members may be interested in our club to repost and spread the word as-well.
