IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I do not see any apparent differences although there is a chance the spreadsheet may have bugged out.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to show off the hardwork our members put in for the past 6 weeks for Project Forge. We gave teams time to showcase their games themselves then moved to a convention style where setups were available for attendees to walk around and try out the games.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes because the attendance was very good and the teams were able to make it to the end of the project.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We were trying to use a capture card to record the presentation game footage but for some reason it died after the 2nd presentation.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
For the next event, something to improve would be obtaining more refreshments and equipment to make the event higher quality.
