IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The number seems about right, there was an unexpected lower amount of attendance which may be related to outside events, the week, or that people may have missed our anonucement about the event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This is a social event where members and attendees can come and hang out. There will be food, games, activities, and the arcade machine for people to enjoy. People can showcase games they have been working on and try out past club games as well.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Sort of, on one hand I think the event ran fine and the aesthetics of the event were nice. The vibes felt pretty good, however the attendance count and the more structured activities we wanted to do were not as good as we hoped.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Had to adjust some of the lighting because the lihgts were too bright and angled at a spot where attendees could easily get blinded.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I want to create a social with more activities to do that are welcoming to any late attendees or for people who want to just chill at a table. Bringing back the arts and crafts table would be good.
