IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We think we pretty accurately estimated the amount of attendance because we were estimating around how many attendees would show up from having done advertising between three different clubs. However, we were also not given the attendance amount from the AS Attendance Form. This is based off of a tally done by one of our officers during the event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Our goal was to encourage members and attendees to bond between the three clubs, have fun creating crafts together, and celebrate Lunar New Year together.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I believe the event was a success because we got a generally high attendance considering it was hosted during Week 8 on a weekend, all of our crafts were also used by attendees.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not believe so, but we do not know what the form recorded vs. what we counted at the event because we do not have access to those results.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not have any complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would likely try to propose an event of a similar size to be hosted earlier in the quarter and have more advertising done for the event as well.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We think that our online advertisements were done well. Next time, we could try and produce a short video/reel for the event.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
It would be great to be given the responses for our AS Attendance Forms. Thats all :)
