HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We overshot in our estimated as we were not sure how many of our own members would show up in addition to the mock competition members and 5 weeks out, plans were still being made. In the future, we will make sure to gather all that info beforehand.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to run our cars, plus allow the mock competition members to run their cars that they spent a day creating, and have a small competition to boost morale for our own team and to allow engineers outside our team to have the opportunity to take part in Chem-E-Car.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, everyone had a lot of fun, the mock team members got to learn how to work in lab and build a battery and calibration. Our own teams needed the push of this event to really flush out their own reactions and mechanisms.

I'd make sure to have the AS QR code placed somewhere rather than holding it and making sure everyone filled it out.
