WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was the Spring GBM for general members and prospective members to come by and find out what our club will be doing this quarter if they are interested in participating.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes because we hit the required numbers to cover funding and we had solid retention of members from the previous quarter, however the negative is that the actual attendance number is much lower than we hoped for but can be attributed to other conflicting events happening on the same day and time.
