WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to kickoff our 7 week long club-wide game project where we begin annoucements and the division into teams for members to break into and start their discipline's meeting and the plan for the quarter. It is essentially an information planning event for members to be informed of the structure and how they will be approaching the project over the coming weeks.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes because most of the TCP applicants were able to make it to the event, very few were unable to attend and thus teams got to properly meet in-person for the first time.
