Spring MGC Info Night

Due to our marketing efforts, we were able to gain more interests for our event. If a decrease in attendance is needed we will a maximum amount of guests that can attend the event.

This event will be an opportunity for all organizations within the Multicultural Greek Council to present themselves to students that are interested in joining a cultural and academic fraternities and sororities. The goal of this event is to share and present ourselves to the public on why our community is diverse and highlighting cultural significance here at UCSD.
I believe that the event was a success because of the increase of attendance compared to past Spring MGC Info Nights, the amount of individuals interested in joining a cultural and academic sorority and fraternity tripled.
No attendance did not differ because the A.S attendance QR code was presented for all individuals to fill out multiple times before and after the event.
If any complications arose during the event we could handle it in a professional and timely manner. The executive board and all SFL advisors were present to ensure that the event ran smoothly.
I have no critiques, I really appreciated how much help I have received in this event.
I would suggest more promotion of A.S funding and was only able to find out about it through peers.
I found it easy to complete the online process for A.S Funding for my event.
