IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference between estimated and actual attendance. There was probably a difference because my event was the day before SunGod. I can decrease the difference by emphasizing marketing and outreach more.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To create an artistic, creative space curated for QTPOC by QTPOC

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I do consider the event to be a success because it was the biggest turnout QTPOC has seen before this year. Although our expected attendance was 47, we reached an attendance of 25 and everybody who came thoroughly enjoyed the art and mingled with one another. It felt empowering to be around so many like-minded people.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes most likely, I don't think everybody signed the attendance form like we asked.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would definitely plan this event over a longer period of time.

I would probably make reels.
