IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We don't think there was a huge difference in attendance numbers, but we don't know exactly how many people went to the event since we do not have access to the attendance responses.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Our goal was to have a social event to get our members and attendees of the art community to come together and celebrate the end of the year/quarter and everyone's art in a gallery display. We had food to encourage people to come to the event.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we do think this event was a success because our attendance was pretty great throughout the length of the event and everyone felt encouraged to talk with one another about each other's art pieces.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not believe so, but we do not know what the form recorded vs. what we counted at the event because we do not have access to those results.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not have any complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would likely try to request flyers for the event to have hung up around campus.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We felt that we did good with online promotion, but we could try to work harder to promote maybe multiple kinds of flyers instead of just a singular one.
