IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? My estimated attendance was 70, but the actual turnout was closer to 60. I have been keeping track of our events' attendance throughout the year with a spreadsheet. This is the first year of our club, so our estimates should be more accurate in the future.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to look back on our club's year together and celebrate the graduating seniors.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event to be a success because I personally found it entertaining and a lot of people stayed throughout the whole event.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
I do not have access to the official A.S. verification, but I believe it should be accurate. We had all attendees scan the A.S. form when entering the room.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We will probably do our presentations at the beginning of the event instead of at the end.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We might try to use the TVs in Price Center for advertisement in the future.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
Some of the questions in the A.S. funding application feel unnecessary. For example, I'm not sure where the marketing description gets used.
