IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a little less attendance than we expected most likely due to another concert happening at price center during the same time. In the future we would try to coordinate better to avoid a conflict of interest

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To showcase the songs members have been practicing with their Iconic groups and for them to display it in front of their peers.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event successful since everyone seemed to have a good time and we got through all the performances in an efficient amount of time.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
It shouldn't have as we were requiring people to fill out the form as they came inside.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The audio drive AV tech was using to record audio got corrupted so we unfortunately lost the audio straight from their mixer.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Next year we would like to improve the prize for the winning group and we would also like to do more advertising of the event around campus.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Next time we would want to include the exact time and location on our fliers so that people aren't confused on when and where it starts

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
When I've emailed the asvp email with questions I never received a response. It would be really appreciated to get contacted back with questions or at least reply back with the contact of someone else who can better answer my questions.
